Parents wishing to enter into an agreement of a shared residence for a child make an appointment to attend an information meeting with the district commissioner in the area where the child lives. Parents are requested to fill out a request for a shared residence of the child and to bring it to the meeting with the district commissioner. The agreement will be signed in the presence of the district commissioner at the information meeting.
