A marriage ceremony costs ISK 11,000. If a marriage ceremony takes place outside the office of the commissioner or outside office hours, an additional payment is made for the service according to the tariff.

Certificate of No impediment, and other certificates that must be obtained before the ceremony must also be paid for.
