Agreement on assests or debts is not the subject of an interview with the commissioner. The Marriage Act on financial agreement does not apply to cohabitation, but such disputes have been settled in courts. In the event of a dispute, the parties are advised to seek the assistance of a lawyer. Official exchanges for winding-up may be requested for cohabitation without being married, provided that certain conditions are met.
