Please check whether the same phone number is registered on the rental agreement and under “User Info” on island.is.

Also check whether the email addresses are correctly registered on the rental agreement, so that the draft and the request for signatures are sent to correct parties.

Please note that HMS does not have any access to the lease agreement until it has been fully signed. You can go to app.taktikal.is and check whether it is possible to complete the electronic signing there. If not, a new lease agreement with the correct information will need to be created.
