Assets or income in the final settlement of housing benefits is incorrect, what do I do?
If the applicant believes the information on income and assets, used in the final settlement of housing benefits is inncorrect, a request for revision must be sent by email to hms@hms.is The email has to include the applicant's arguments and supporting documents, for example confirmation of asset status and income for the previous year from the tax office, showing different information than we used in our final settlement calculations.
