Such a notification must be received by the party concerned in a verifiable manner in order for the termination/rescission to have legal effect.
The parties concerned often agree to conclude the contractual relationship before the lease runs its term.
In such cases, the end of the leasing must be notified to HMS with a request for a deregistration of the lease in the HMS Rent Register.
