How can I change the number of household members in my application for housing benefits?
Applicants can add or remove household members in their applications by going to "Change application" on HMS My pages.
If a household member, 18 years or older, is added to an application, he has to log on to HMS My pages and give his consent.
A household member can remove themselves from an application for housing benefits by logging on to HMS My pages, selecting 'My applications' and pressing the red trash can at the end of the application line.
