There are three ways to register a residential lease agreement in the HMS Rental Register:

• A paper lease agreement is sent to HMS by email with a request for registration. The agreement is registered after the registration fee has been paid.

• The lease agreement is created and registered electronically by the landlord using a service provider that is integrated with the HMS Rental Register.

• The lease agreement is created and registered electronically through island.is or Myigloo, which are integrated with the HMS Rental Register.
