Directorate of Immigration: Residence permits - Types
What does it mean that I can work more than 22,5 hours a week during holidays according to the curriculum?
All schools have a curriculum which states when your school is on holiday. The curriculum could also be called a school calendar or academic calendar.
You are allowed to work more than 22,5 hours a week (60%) when there is a study break according to your school's curriculum, for example during Christmas and summer holidays. You don't need to inform the Directorate of Immigration or the Directorate of Labour.
If you do not yet have a work permit or if you want to work for a different employer during the holidays, you must apply for a temporary work permit for students and have it issued before you start working.
