What debts is it okay to have when applying for citizenship?
When applying for citizenship, the following matters are looked into concerning your dept balance:
Tax debt.
If you have not paid your taxes, your application will be rejected.
Unsuccessful levy of execution (seizure).
If an unsuccessful levy of execution has been made in your property in the past three years, your application will be rejected.
Bankruptcy
If you have become bankrupt, you application will be rejected.
Other debts are not examined in connection with applications for citizenship.
