I have applied for citizenship before, do I have to submit all my documentation again?
If you have submitted sufficient document with previous application, you do not have to submit all documents again. The following documents you must submit with a new application:
Certificate of legal registration history.
A certificate from the municipalities in which you have lived during the past three years, confirming that you have not received financial assistance.
The certificate must have been issued within the last 30 days before an application is submitted.
A copy of the tax withholding statement for the last 12 months from Skatturinn, payslips or other documents in confirmation of sufficient funds.
A new certified copy of the tax return if applicable.
