• By phone: Call HSS at 422 0500.

Important Information

• Regular Prescriptions: Phone renewals are only for regular medications.

• Regular Check-ups: Anyone who takes regular medication should have an annual check-up with a doctor to review their use.

• Good Notice: Renew your prescriptions at least one week in advance to avoid running out of medication.

• Processing Time: Doctors need up to three business days to process a prescription renewal.

Controlled Substances

You cannot renew controlled substances (e.g., strong painkillers, sleeping pills, and tranquilizers) by phone. You must book an in-person appointment with a doctor to renew these types of medications.
