HSS offers three types of health-promoting clinics for individuals registered with the Primary Health Care Center:

• Diabetes clinic

• Health promotion for individuals living with obesity

• Health promotion for older adults

All clinics are operated by interdisciplinary teams that provide individualized care as needed.
