What do I need to do to complete the registration of a crosser (an off-road vehicle) that is currently only pre-registered?
The off-road vehicle must be taken to an vehicle inspection post/inspection station for inspection and registration. The crosser/off-road vehicle has to have license plates and tolls have to be paid. See more information here: https://island.is/en/o/transport-authority/vehicle-registrations
