You can apply for voluntary return assistance by sending an e-mail to return@utl.is. Please, make sure to include your full name and date of birth.

You will be invited for an interview with the voluntary return counsellor from the Icelandic Directorate of Immigration. The process will involve an assessment of your eligibility and needs. If you apply for voluntary return assistance through IOM, the Icelandic Directorate of Immigration will send your application to the IOM who will process it.
