Yes, if you have a particular spokesperson in mind you can ask them to make a request to the Directorate of Immigration to handle your case. If you do so at the beginning of your case, the service of the spokesperson will be free of charge.

However, if you wish to change your spokesperson after having already been appointed one, you will be responsible for that cost.
