Home care services

Homecare care is a professional nursing service for individuals living in their own home and they need highly individualized and focused nursing care to survive as normal a life as possible in their own home.

The service is temporary and aims to strengthen and maintain the mental and physical health of the individual, make them as self-sufficient as possible and reduce isolation and symptoms of disease.

Applications for home care and assessment of need for services
may be received from an individual, family members, nurses, doctors or hospitals.

Home care services, primary care workers and social home care services work closely together, coordinate and organise the service with the welfare and needs of the recipients in mind.
