Registration and change of healthcare centre
Healthcare centre is the first point of contact for those who require health services. All patients should be registered with a primary healthcare centre or a self-employed general practitioner.
If you are not already registered in a healthcare centre, you will be registered in the centre closest to your legal domicile. If this registration is not suitable, you can change it and choose another health centre or a self-employed general practitioner.
On My pages you can view and change your registration.
