Telephone interviews with physicians are requested by phone at 513 5900 before 12pm. Doctors call the given telephone number at the earliest convenience.

During telephone consultations, doctors respond to brief inquiries, provide simple recommendations, and give information about test results.

You can request a medication refill for regularly used medications prescribed by the clinic’s physicians, either electronically or by phone.

Refills are usually ready for pickup at pharmacies the next business day but may take longer.

An appointment is required for blood tests. A referral from a physician must always be provided.

• Blood tests are taken on weekdays between 10am and 11:30am.
