Telephone interviews with physicians are requested by phone at 513 5700. Doctors call the given telephone number at the earliest convenience.

During telephone consultations, doctors respond to brief inquiries, provide simple recommendations, and give information about test results.

You can request a medication refill for regularly used medications prescribed by the clinic’s physicians, either electronically or by phone.

Refills are usually ready for pickup at pharmacies the next business day but may take longer.

• Refills can be requested via phone at 513 5702 on weekdays from 10:30am to 12pm.
  

An appointment is required for blood tests. A referral from a physician must always be provided.

Appointments and further information are available by calling 513 5700.

• Blood tests are taken on weekdays between 8am and 9:30am, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

• Urine samples must be submitted before 11:30am.
