The laboratory at Landakot is open from 10am to 12pm every weekday. A referral from a physician must always be provided.

Blood samples are not collected at the health center.

Urine samples may be submitted to the on-duty nurse at the health center by prior arrangement with a physician or nurse.

An invoice for a medical test is generated and sent to the patient‘s online bank at the same time a test is requested.

You can request a medication refill for regularly used medications prescribed by the clinic’s physicians, either electronically or by phone.

Refills are usually ready for pickup at pharmacies the next business day but may take longer.

It is often more convenient to send short inquiries through my pages on Heilsuvera. You can also call at 513 5950 and speak to a nurse between 8am and 4pm.

Telephone interviews with physicians are requested by phone at 513 5950 before 11am. Doctors call the given telephone number at the earliest convenience.

During telephone consultations, doctors respond to brief inquiries, provide simple recommendations, and give information about test results.
