Telephone interviews with physicians are requested by phone at 513 6000. Doctors call the given telephone number at the earliest convenience.

During telephone consultations, doctors respond to brief inquiries, provide simple recommendations, and give information about test results.

You can request a medication refill for regularly used medications prescribed by the clinic’s physicians, either electronically or by phone.

Refills are usually ready for pickup at pharmacies the next business day but may take longer.

Refills can be requested via the automated phone system at 513 6002 on weekdays from 9am to 11am.

If you are unable to leave a message, you will receive a callback to the number from which you called.

An appointment is required for blood tests. A referral from a physician must always be provided.

• Blood tests are taken on weekdays between 8:30 am and 10:30am.

• Urine samples must be submitted before 12pm.

An invoice for a medical test is generated and sent to the patient‘s online bank at the same time a test is requested.
