Telephone interviews with physicians are requested by phone at 513 5800 before 11am. Doctors call the given telephone number at the earliest convenience.

During telephone consultations, doctors respond to brief inquiries, provide simple recommendations, and give information about test results.

You can request a medication refill for regularly used medications prescribed by the clinic’s physicians, either electronically or by phone.

Refills are usually ready for pickup at pharmacies the next business day but may take longer.

• The easiest way to request a refill is through my pages on Heilsuvera. Electronic identification is required.

• Refills can be requested via phone at 513 5802 on weekdays from 9am to 10am.

An appointment is required for blood tests. A referral from a physician must always be provided.

Appointments and further information are available by calling 513 5800.

• Blood tests are taken on weekdays between 8:10am and 9:30am.

• Urine samples must be submitted before 9:30pm.
