The role of the case manager is to keep the individual informed about the status of their application and process, as well as to provide guidance throughout the process and assist with data collection if necessary. The case manager ensures that the applicant receives information about the outcome of the disability assessment.

The case manager's role is concluded when the result of the integrated expert assessment is available and the application process is completed.
