For an application to be processed by TR (Social Insurance Administration), a medical certificate specifying the health problem must be provided. Ideally, the certificate should come from the doctor who is most familiar with the medical history. As needed, a professional assessment of capabilities must be available, which can be completed by either a doctor or another rehabilitation or treatment provider.
