How do I apply for disability pension?

Applications for disability pension are submitted here. Along with the application, you need to fill out an income plan and a questionnaire. For the application to be processed by TR, a doctor must submit a medical certificate. If the applicant has previously undergone rehabilitation or recognised treatment, a skills assessment from a doctor, rehabilitation specialist, or therapist is requested.
