In some cases, individuals may need to achieve a certain level of stability before the need for multidisciplinary treatment within the Mental Health Team can be assessed.
The Mental Health Team places strong emphasis on attendance and active participation in the services and programs offered by the team.
Mental Health Team services may not be appropriate at the time if:
Maternity/paternity leave is planned in the near future, or a prolonged absence is expected, for example due to staying abroad.
The individual is unable to make use of the service because of a lack of daycare or childcare.
The individual has recently experienced trauma or an event that affects their ability to participate in team-based treatment.

Evaluation of medication treatment.
Guidance on where to access additional support or education.
There is a strong emphasis on collaboration with various institutions, service providers, and non-governmental organizations. The work is carried out on a peer-support basis, with the priorities and needs of the service user placed at the forefront.
