In general, no fire extinguishers are required in cars and no comment is made in the inspection, even though in such cars extinguishers have expired. In a few cases, however, fire extinguishers are required, in which case they must always have been checked by professional within a year in order to avoid comments during inspection. This applies to all buses, taxis and all-terrain modified vehicles (and vehicles transporting dangerous goods).
