My house was not damaged during the earthquake on November 10th but it is in the siding valley that was formed during the eruption. Do I get compensation for that?

This is the government’s view at the moment. Since there has not been any direct damage to the assets, there is no liability for NTÍ. However, this is a situation that has not occurred before and therefore this needs to be examined in a wider way than from the narrow legal liability of NTÍ.

It is time to wait for the government to present the measures that will be offered in this regard.
