Cars, caravans and other vehicles are classified as movable property. To NTÍ compensate for damage caused by earthquakes or volcanic eruptions, the movable property must have been covered by fire insurance. Comprehensive insurance does not compensate for damage caused by volcanic eruptions and earthquakes.
