Please note that the information on this page pertains to the disability and rehabilitation pension system that was in effect until August 31, 2025. Applicants from September 1, 2025, are assessed according to the new system, while those who had a valid assessment in the old system until at least August 31, 2025, were automatically transferred to the new system.

confirmation from employer of employment ratio
updated revenue estimate
information on the use of a tax card
After 16 to 20 months in rehab, you may need to send a new medical certificate. You will be notified if this applies to you.
