Disability card

Please note that disability cards are only issued to those who have a valid disability assessment and are under 67 years of age. Disability cards are not issued to individuals with partial disability or receiving a new medical- and rehabilitation allowance. The plastic cards take approximately four weeks to arrive by post to your registered address.
