Why is the allowed amount higher than the maximum grant amount per month?
The amount may be higher than the maximum grant amount per month because of 3 month scope so the grant can be used as efficiently as possible. The allowed amount each time based on:
the previous month and the remaining grant amount in that month
current month
the following month due to permission to buy a two-month dose
