What are the conditions for repair services for assistive devices?
The conditions of repair services for assistive devices are as follows:
The assistive device is owned by Iceland Health and is registered to user of the device
The assistive device is no longer liable with the seller
Repair must be performed by a service provider that has a contract with Iceland Health
and/or by authorized partiesThe assistive device shall be sent to the relevant service provider who performs repair services (the device includes a sticker identification of the supplier)
Information about the user's name, ID number and a description of the problem to be repaired must be included
