After reporting

When the police have processed a report, you will receive a copy of the report to send to the insurance company.

Claim for compensation

If an insurance company does not compensate the damage, a claim for compensation must be submitted to the police. A claim for compensation must be accurate and complete. The investigating police or the complaints office can assist in making the claim.

Investigation

The case will be further investigated by the detectives.

Contact the person concerned if you:

  • need to add more information, such as serial numbers or description of stolen devices

  • want to be informed of the progress of the case
