Patient satisfaction survey

Sjúkrahúsið á Akureyri is participating in a customer service survey conducted among Icelandic public institutions.

Participants are asked about their experience with the service, the attitude and professionalism of staff, the reliability of the information they received during their visit, and more.

The survey results are used to review and evaluate SAk’s services, with the aim of monitoring developments and responding when improvements or changes are needed.

You can select which service is being evaluated from the menu on the side.

Please note that individuals who receive an SMS reminder for an appointment at SAk will also receive an invitation to participate in the survey by SMS after their visit.

We encourage you to take part in the service survey, as the results will help us improve our services.
