The First Year in Practice program is available to all registered nurses who are beginning their employment at SAk. The program provides nurses in their first year of practice with additional education, guidance, and support to help them transition into their new role.

SAk regularly offers training courses for employees and students. These include advanced courses such as Advanced Life Support (ALS), interdisciplinary simulation training, and the management of major trauma (BEST), as well as shorter courses focused on clinical skills.
