My Pages on Ísland.is is a service portal for all agencies that need to provide information or data to their users. By using it, agencies contribute to improved services with increased automation and oversight of data distribution.

The interface of My Pages is user-friendly and follows the accessibility policy of Ísland.is. The interface scales well across different screen sizes and supports multiple languages.

My Pages does not collect any data but securely retrieves it from the agency through web services via Straumurinn (X-Road). The agency develops its web services and then decides how the data is displayed to the user, in collaboration with the design team of Digital Iceland.

By utilizing My Pages on Ísland.is, an agency does not need to implement the login and authorisations system of Digital Iceland.

What role does Digital Iceland play?

Services through My Pages are offered to institutions free of charge. Digital Iceland manages the operation and maintenance of the front-end, as well as ensuring the uptime and security of the login and authorisations systems.

The institution needs to ensure the uptime of its web services.

The presentation of content follows the design and content policy of Ísland.is, and the front-end is developed in collaboration with the respective institution. Digital Iceland can assist with the setup and development of web services if requested.
