Judicial matters
To find cases that have been brought before a court, some precise information needs to be available about the court level, municipality, case number, yearly calendar, parties, type of case/facts, court date or date of court appearance.
There are usually no access restrictions on court orders, although there are exceptions. Access restrictions may be applied to supporting documents, but the individual cases are taken into account.
When court cases have reached the age of 80 there are no restrictions on access to them. You can search for cases in the district commissioner's court records until the 20th century in separate cases. It must be kept in mind that the database is still being registered so not all court records are registered.
