In the event of the death of a spouse, the conditions for payments from TR change to some extent, and possibly the right to household allowance may arise.

If the surviving spouse is a pensioner, he must submit a new income estimate and report changes in his income to TR. The person must apply for a housing allowance if he lives alone.
