Can pension rights be divided between spouses or cohabitants?
The law on pension funds contains a provision that allows fund members to agree with their spouses or cohabitants on the mutual and equal distribution of earned pension rights.
Three options are available:
to divide earned pension rights
to divide future rights (the premium)
to divide payments when the pension has started.
