Payments and Reporting
Payments
Information on payments and reporting requirements is provided in the electronically signed grant terms and conditions.
The grant is paid in two instalments:
The first payment, amounting to 70% of the grant, is made once the grant recipient has electronically signed the grant terms and conditions.
The final payment, amounting to the remaining 30%, is made after the final report has been approved.
Reporting
A final report is required for all funded projects. Grant recipients are encouraged to submit the report as soon as possible after the project has been completed, and no later than three months after the project end date specified in the grant terms and conditions.
The user (individual or organisation) who submitted the application can access the project's reporting form through My Pages in the Rannís application system.
If necessary, the reporting form can be transferred to another user. Requests should be sent to the Fund's email address: throunarsjodur.namsgagna@rannis.is.
If a grant recipient submits a new application before completing an ongoing project, an interim report for the ongoing project must be submitted before the new application can be considered.
The public project summary included in the final report will be published as part of the project's entry in the Rannís Project Database.
