Rehabilitation pension until 31 August 2025

All applications must be accompanied by:

• medical certificate for application for rehabilitation pension

• rehabilitation programme (must be submitted directly to TR by a professional)

• which you fill out on My pages TR

• information about personal discounts you register on My pages

In some cases, a confirmation from professionals that rehabilitation has begun or when it will begin is required. Professionals must submit such confirmations to TR through Signet Transfer.

In addition, you must submit

Ef employee:

• confirmation from the union with the date of the last payment

• confirmation from the Directorate of Labour with the date of the last payment

If self-employed:

• confirmation from the Directorate of Internal Revenue that pay has been stopped

• confirmation from the union with the date of the last payment

If training is part of rehabilitation:

• confirmation of the number of units of schooling

If work is part of rehabilitation:

• confirmation of the employment rate by the employer
