All applications must be accompanied by the following documents and applicants must meet the following conditions.
Conditions of the applicant
The applicant must:
have a valid driviners licence,
be the registered owner of the car.
The applicant's spouse may be the registered owner of a car. The applicant's spouse or child may be the registered co-owner of the car.
Exception
If the applicant does not have a valid driving licence, it is possible to either:
register a person who lives in the same residence as the applicant as a driver;
to indicate that the applicant has a NPA contract.
Conditions of a car
Grants or allowances are only granted for:
a passenger vehicle for general use,
van for general use.
No grant or compensation is granted for example:
truck,
a non-commercial pick-up truck,
a camper van,
a taxi.
you can ask for a compensation, grant or loan for 2 years from the vehicle purchase date.
Supporting data
All applications must be accompanied by:
a certificate from a doctor. If a valid motor impairment assessment is available at TR, a new one does not need to be submitted.

After the application has been approved, a copy of the purchase agreement or an invoice for the car purchase must be submitted, stating the purchase price of the car.
For car loans, you must submit:
a signed bond prepared and sent to you by TR
If the driver is different from the applicant
If the applicant does not have a valid driving licence, the following must be followed:
the name of the driver,
the driver's identification number,
the number of the driving licence.
People with NPA or equivalent agreement with a municipality must submit a copy of:
an agreement on license to manage NPA,
direct payment agreement,
other comparable agreement.
