Permission to manage NPA - User-administered personal assistance

Permission to administer NPA

User-led personal assistance (NPA) means that the user, the person who receives the assistance, controls the journey and the service is intended for people with disabilities who need assistance in their daily lives.

NPA aid

aims at independent living for people with disabilities who need ongoing assistance and services to participate in activities of daily life, household, social life, education and work.

When the user organizes and manages the assistance himself, the possibilities of living a more independent and active life, controlling the journey and doing what he needs and wants to do increase as well as flexible assistance.
