Conditions
A guarantor
A guarantor must be registered to ensure that the transport and storage of explosives, as well as the inventory registration in the company, is in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.
If the guarantor is dismissed or is no longer able to perform his duties, another guarantor shall be immediately appointed.
Storage
Anyone authorised to purchase explosives shall have adequate storage facilities in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VI.
A mobile explosives storage facility may not be established without the permission of the chief of police in the district who shall inform the relevant fire department and the State Administration of Occupational Safety and Health. The application shall specify the estimated quantity intended to be stored.
