To transport explosives, a permit is required from the chief of police at the destination. You may never transport more than 1000 kilograms of explosives per trip.
Vehicles
A vehicle carrying more than 50 kilograms of explosives, without packaging, must be approved for such transport. The vehicle must:
be in good condition
comply with all provisions of the road traffic law and rules on type and equipment
not be a bus and other transport vehicle that is also used for passenger transport
The owner, user, and driver who transports explosives are responsible for ensuring the vehicle meets all requirements.
Driver
The driver must have a valid certificate of training according to the regulation on training of drivers of vehicles carrying dangerous goods. The owner, user and driver of the car carrying explosives are responsible for the car to meet the requirements.
