Companies that use explosives in construction must obtain a permit to purchase and import the material. This also applies to purchases of precursors for the production of explosives.
When explosives are purchased domestically, the police in the area where the company is registered issue the permit.
When importing, the police in the capital area must issue a permit (“ stamp to be released from customs”).
Supporting data
A declaration by the guarantor that the person concerned assumes the role of guarantor, together with confirmation by the company's director.
Copy of the explosives operator's license.

Permit to transport material under 50 kilograms
A person authorised to purchase explosives also acquires the right to transport explosives. The conditions are that the amount in each transportation is not more than 50 kilograms in weight and the licensee must transport the material himself.
Authorisation revoked
The Chief of Police in the capital area may suspend or revoke the permit when there are reasonable grounds to believe that the conditions for issuing the permit are no longer in place.
