If payment is not made on time
If you do not pay a payment slip from TR by the 10th of each month, you will receive a reminder letter sent to TR's My Pages.
If you have missed a payment, you need to:
pay the payment slip in your bank, or
contact TR.

If you're having trouble making the payment or think you might miss a payment, you can get help from TR.

If you don't respond
If you do not respond to a reminder letter, a billing warning will be sent. The deadline to pay or contact TR is 20 days.
If you have not responded within 20 days, the claim is sent to the district commissioner's office for collection (in Icelandic). If a claim goes to the district commissioner for collection, 5.5% annual interest is added.
