Settlement and recalculation of payments from TR
Recalculation of your pension payments from the Social Insurance Administration generally takes place at the end of May each year after the submission of the tax return.
Then it is reviewed whether you were paid correctly last year according to your rights.
General information
You will be notified of the results of the settlement and the recalculation of the amount.
You can see if you have were:
correctly paid,
underpaid and you will be paid the difference afterwards,,
overpaid, and how you pay back the difference.
When the settlement is complete, TR sends an updated payslip to the tax office with the final result, after which the tax office revises your tax return for the year.
If you do not get results in May
Your payments will be recalculated later in the year, for example if you:
are a pensioner and live abroad,
filed a tax return late,
have not filed a tax return.
If you want further explanations for the conclusion of the settlement, you can request it through My Pages.
